Top Quality Education for Masters & Ph.D. Degrees with Financial Support at FIU

Florida International University (http://www.fiu.edu/ ), the largest Research Public University in South Florida serves approximately 40,000 students through its 200 degree programs at undergraduate and graduate levels.

The College of Engineering and Computing (http://www.eng.fiu.edu/ ) is looking for well-qualified graduate students (GPA>3.0 in BS and MS) to be admitted in all Engineering and Computing disciplines. More than 95% of our full-time Ph.D. students earn full financial support while almost 65% of our full-time Masters students earn either full or half financial support. Minimum TOEFL score required for both MS and PhD degree applicants is 550. Minimum GRE score required for PhD degree is 1120, and it is not required for most MS degree applicants. The full financial support includes free tuition and approximately $16,000 per year, working as a Research or Teaching Assistant for 20 hours per week. Half financial support allows students to pay tuition as an in-state resident, and receive stipend of $7,500 per year working as a TA/RA for 10 hours per week.
